E-commerce and Consumer Law Compliance

• EU: We comply with the E-Commerce Directive, Consumer Rights Directive, and GDPR

• United States: We follow FTC e-commerce guidelines, CCPA (California), and CAN-SPAM Act

• China: We adhere to E-commerce Law of the PRC and PIPL

• Other regions: We comply with local remote selling, return, and disclosure laws where applicable

Data Protection Compliance

• Data is processed under GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, and LGPD (Brazil)

• Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, GDPR-compliant platforms (e.g., Shopify)

• All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS and transmitted securely

Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain

• All gemstones and crystals are naturally sourced and ethically mined

• ZINNOO prohibits partnerships with suppliers using child labor or environmentally destructive practices

• Our sterling silver products are certified with the 925 hallmark

Environmental Responsibility

• Packaging is made with recyclable, low-waste, and plastic-free materials wherever possible
