Refund Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with your ZINNOO purchase. However, if you are not, our refund policy complies with global consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and U.S. FTC e-commerce standards.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Product must not be personalized or from a Mystery Box

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mystery Box products (unless defective)

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos

  3. Await return approval and instructions

  4. Ship the product via a trackable shipping method

If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. If due to product defect or fulfillment error, ZINNOO will cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–15 business days depending on your bank or payment platform

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we caused the error

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. To change size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Legal Notes

This refund policy is designed to comply with laws in regions where we operate. If your country mandates a longer withdrawal period, such as 14 days in the EU, we will honor that requirement.
