ZINNOO pieces are not just accessories — they are vessels of energy, chosen by and for you. Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns without reason.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

  • You experience energy discomfort and wish for consultation

Non-returnable items:

  • Mystery Box products

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized items (engraving, personalized sizing, etc.)

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Items not meeting these conditions may not qualify for a refund

Return Procedure:

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include order number, reason for return, and clear product photos

  3. Wait for our team to approve and provide return instructions

  4. Ship the item using a trackable method

  • For personal reasons, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense

  • For product issues or fulfillment errors, we will cover the return shipping

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like to change the size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
