Estimated Delivery Times

  Delivery times may vary depending on your region.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Our primary logistics partner, YunExpress, provides reliable door-to-door delivery to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping on orders over $50

• For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be applied

• Worldwide delivery available to most regions (some locations may have restrictions)

Customs & Duties

ZINNOO ships using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever available.
This means all applicable customs fees and import duties are handled by us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

For destinations where DDP is not supported, duties may be charged according to local regulations.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
  Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery, and we may not be able to recover or reship the package.

• Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, military bases, and certain remote areas may be unavailable depending on regional restrictions.
